This two-storey 37,000 square foot tri-purpose emergency facility includes a Mississauga fire station, Peel Paramedic Services ambulance bays and the Peel Regional Paramedic Reporting Centre.

The building also houses classrooms and a training centre.

The emergency facility includes a geothermal heat pump system, heat recovery, energy-efficient lighting fixtures and controls.
