1300 Wilson is a new 29,500 SF Multifunction EMS Station with an interior apparatus bay suitable for 13 EMS vehicles and 2 bays for EMS vehicle maintenance.

The second floor of the new Multifunction Station was designed to house classrooms and offices as well the design included provisions for a green roof.
