This post-tensioned reinforced concrete garage is one level and the podium deck is paved with asphalt and there are two expansion joints running east-west directions that split the garage into three sections.
As reported, the post-tensioned cables were undergone a major repair program in 1997. The inspection recesses installed at the cables and purge gas drying of the cables with re-greasing was performed.

After the condition survey performed by Stephenson Engineering to determine the current condition of the post-tensioned cables, the owner decided to undertake major repair of the post-tensioned reinforced concrete slab. Stephenson Engineering provided post-tensioned cables repairs; post-tensioned cables; replacements; expansion joint replacement; concrete repairs – topside, vertical, soffit, through slab; and waterproofing membrane replacement.
