This four-storey office building, located in the Meadowvale North Business Park, has a total area of approximately 170,000 square feet. The structural system includes reinforced flat slabs with concrete cores and columns supported on large low capacity caisson, a structural steel penthouse and structural steel canopies.

The 400 foot long floor plate was designed to accommodate a variety of tenant layouts. Natural light was maximized with the use of floor-to-ceiling windows and open glass stairwells. Energy efficient solutions include raised floor heating / air conditioning and exterior sunshades.
