251 Manitoba Street is a new two tower residential development boasting a combined 499 residential units. Tower 1 is 29 storeys and approximately 270,860 SF, and Tower 2 is 11 storeys and approximately 97,100 SF.

The development also includes 3 levels of underground parking with a combined area of 209,560 SF and a 3 storey podium with an area of 148,290 SF.
