Stephenson Engineering was retained to provide engineering services for the replacement of windows, sliding balcony doors and curtain wall systems with new energy efficient system.

Prior to construction, our project team carried out comprehensive and detailed investigation and testing to determine the existing condition of the building envelope systems.

Testing included infrared scanning, interior and exterior intrusive testing and door blower testing at three units to determine areas of air leakages through the building envelope.

This information was used to improve overall R-value of the wall assembly.
