Work on the 99 Atlantic Avenue office building is progressing well. Designed by WZMH Architects, the new 8-storey office building is being built adjacent to an existing 5-storey post-industrial building, which is being restored, its heritage work overseen by ERA Architects Inc. The new building has been under construction since early 2018, and is now topped out at a final height of 40.75 metres as exterior finishes enclose the structure. The construction is scheduled to wrap up in 2020. The building is targeting LEED Silver Certification.
