Hamilton South Mountain Library and YMCA, Phase II

Project Statistics
Phase two of this $20 Million complex in Hamilton includes a YMCA – 25 metre swimming pool, gymnasium and fitness facility, with a 24,000 square foot community library.  This complex features exposed architectural steel and wood decking and the gross floor area is 80,000 square feet.

Legends On The Niagara Golf Clubhouse

This 28,000 square foot two-storey golf club house includes cart storage and maintenance areas, pro-shop and locker facilities, bar & banquet areas and administration offices.

The lower portion of the structure is constructed of precast hollowcore slabs on structural steel. The upper portion is constructed of wood framing on structural steel.

Wasaga Beach Multi-Use Recreational YMCA Complex
