These two stunning glass and steel staircase towers include luxury condominium units, work lofts and exclusive penthouse lofts. The detailed platform design allows for large terraces and balconies and the floor plates vary with height resulting in many separate floor plans and designs. Transfers will be employed to suit suite layout changes.

The building features a ninth floor green skypark oasis with an infinity pool, offering stunning views of the city. At grade, the ground floor structure is transferred to accommodate the 3 ½ levels of common underground parking below.

This 49-storey tower overlooks the Etobicoke Waterfront. The distinct geometric design of the tower maximizes the lake and city views with angling wrap-around balconies.

The building offers 500,000 square feet of residential space and five levels of underground parking with a ground level three-storey podium.

Pears on the Avenue Condominium

This boutique development includes a 20-storey 266,000 square foot condominium tower with town homes. The design features strong vertical interest on the façade, realized by punctuating white steel frames on three of the sides, contrasting the cool glass exterior. Building amenities include a three-storey lobby,
state-of-the-art gym with swimming pool, yoga studio, screening room and magnificent terrace space.

The development has two levels of cork screwing below-grade parking. There are structural transfers between level two and the parking level to suit retail, amenity spaces, and the parking ramp.

This five-storey student residence has 256 student rooms plus one level of basement to accommodate service facilities and storage. There is a student lounge on each level and a one-storey common room that features long span exposed glue-lam beams with wood deck.

The structure is constructed of poured in place reinforced one way slabs supported on shear walls.

Erindale College Student Residence Phase VI

These four three-storey student residences are constructed of reinforced concrete. The centre block features a large entrance hall and lobby of structural steel and glass.

The complex contains forty-six four-bedroom suites and four two-bedroom suites.

Living Life on the Avenue – Retirement Residence

Project Statistics
This seven-storey 84,000 square foot seniors’ residence has 120 units and ground level amenities, kitchen and dining room facilities. The sloped roof was designed to match the residential neighbourhood. The building has one level of underground parking and service areas.

 

MapleGlen Retirement Residence

This affordable rental housing retirement residence provides 84 units in the Vaughan Civic Centre Campus. Some of the units are fully accessible. All feature self-contained storage areas and kitchen facilities.

The building is designed to LEED Silver specifications.
