Project Statistics
The Four Seasons project consists of two towers located in the heart of the Yorkville neighbourhood.
The hotel occupies the bottom 20 levels of the 54-storey tower with the condo units located above a mid mechanical level. A nine storey function block for the hotel is attached to this main tower and has a connecting bridge to the second 27-storey condominium. The Four Seasons structure consists of five levels below-grade parking, mechanical, electrical, and hotel service areas.

The nine-storey amenity facility connects the two towers with 18 meter long spans, and features a grand ballroom, fitness centre and pool, spa, banquet facilities and meeting rooms. Sway was kept at a minimum despite an open and virtually wall-free floor plate. The design features a 27 foot glass screen at the mechanical penthouse.
