Riva del Lago is the second phase of Monarch’s waterfront development on the shores of Humber Bay in Etobicoke.

Riva is a 16-storey reinforced concrete structure with three levels of underground for parking, bike storage, garbage and recycling room, mechanical and electrical rooms, supported on spread footings founded on bedrock. This waterfront boutique condo has 157 units and parking for 220 cars.

The main tower is supported on a multi-level transfer slab at the ground floor that was stepped to suit the site grading.
