The parking garages at Richmond Adelaide Centre is a single level underground parking garage with 26 parking spot capacity under the 120 Adelaide Street West.

It also consists of three level underground parking structure beneath the 130 Adelaide Street West with a capacity of approximately 280 cars. The parking garage at 120 Adelaide was constructed around 1967 and the parking garage at 130 Adelaide was built around 1979.
Stephenson Engineering provided consulting engineering services to the parking garage repairs including review drawings, technical specifications, and contract document preparation; assistance with tendering; field review and contract administration.
