Stephenson Engineering is providing Building Envelope Consulting Services pertaining to the assessment of the existing 64,000 square foot roof system, and the design and field review of the replacement of new roofing system. Additionally, green energy initiatives have been proposed for the location, with the intent to install a photovoltaic and/or solar water heating system on the roof.

We are currently discussing with the city for the completion of a structural assessment of the roof system to evaluate the capacity of the roof and it’s capability of supporting the proposed photovoltaic and/or solar water heating system.
