 John P. Stephenson, P. Eng.
As company founder, John’s more that 40 years experience is manifest in every structural design prepared by our firm. With more than 6000 completed projects throughout Canada the United States, the Middle East and the Caribbean. John brings a unique depth of knowledge to all the work we do.
Under John’s guidance the firm has become a successful and respected member of the Professional Engineering Community.
 Saundra Cullen, P. Eng.
After graduation from the University of Waterloo, Saundra joined the firm in 1972.
Saundra posses a “hands-on” management style that is evident in many of the firm’s major structural designs.
Some notable projects include;
Four Seasons Hotel & Residence at Bay and Yorkville, Toronto; William Osler Health Care Centre, Brampton; The North American Life Centre at Yonge and Finch, Toronto.
Saundra served two terms on the Council of Professional Engineers of Ontario and is a past member of the PEO Disciplinary and Complaints Committee.
Saundra is also a LEED Certified Professional
 Jeff Stephenson, P. Eng.
After graduating from Queen’s University, Jeff joined the firm in 1990.
Jeff has been involved in a wide variety of projects as well as concrete restoration work. Some examples include;
25 York Street, City of Hamilton South Mountain Complex & Library for the YMCA; The Rose Theatre in Brampton; The Transamerica Tower at 5000
Yonge Street, Toronto, The Federal Express Courier Facility at Pearson International Airport. Jeff has also been involved
in garage restoration work such as 180 Dundas Street and North American Centre.
 Aron Mccallum, P. Eng.
After graduating from the University of Waterloo, Aron joined the firm in 1998.
Aron has been the Project Manager/Design Engineer for many residential, commercial and institutional projects. He is Partner in Charge of all education facilities, Fire Stations and EMS (Emergency Medical Services) project. He is the Structural Consultant to the Heavy Urban Search and Rescue (HUSAR) Large Disaster Team.
 Rob Popplewell, P. Eng.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario in 1996, Rob joined the firm in 1998.
Rob has been the Project Manager/Design Engineer for many of the firms office buildings, institutional and high rise residential buildings.
Some notable examples are;
The William Osler Health Care Centre – Brampton, Federal Express Airport Courier Facility at Lester B. Pearson Airport; Kingsway Financial Corporate Headquarters – Mississauga.
 Tim Stephenson
Tim joined Stephenson Engineering Ltd. in 1986. He is the Partner in Charge of all the firms Computer aided drafting (Autocad/REVIT) and IT needs.
Tim is also the specification writer for the firm.
 Fisher Li – P. Eng.
After graduation from South China University of Technology Fisher joined the firm in 2003.
Fisher has been the design engineer for projects such as Four Seasons Hotel + Private Residences, Bellair Condominiums and Legacy Condominiums. Fisher is also highly involved with the design methodology and implementation within the office.
He became an associate in 2009.
 Graham Eaton, C.E.T.
Graham joined Stephenson Engineering Ltd., in 1969 as a founding partner and vice-president. He now continues as Senior Consultant. From 1975 to 1978, he was partner in charge of a branch office in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
His more than 50 years experience is “input” to all aspects of the company’s operations. |
